Yes. Customization is our core service. Send a drawing, a sample or the machine model. We confirm dimensions, voltage, wattage, clamping, terminal and lead style, then build a sample for your approval before mass production.
What warranty comes with Kangpu heaters?
A five-year after-sales warranty. Every case is traced to its production batch so the root cause gets corrected, not only the part replaced.
How does sampling and approval work?
Seven stages: ID design, customization, real-mold sampling, your confirmation, modification, sample testing and mass production. Mass production starts only after you approve the tested sample.
Ceramic band or mica band heater: which should I choose?
Mica bands are compact, quick and economical, which suits nozzles and moderate temperatures. Ceramic bands keep heat in and tolerate higher temperatures, which suits extruder barrels. Share your process temperature and barrel size and we will recommend the right construction.
