Question 1

Can Kangpu manufacture industrial heaters to my own drawing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Customization is our core service. Send a drawing, a sample or the machine model, and our engineers will confirm dimensions, voltage, wattage, clamping method, terminal and lead style, then build a sample for your approval before mass production.

Question 2

What warranty comes with Kangpu heaters?

Accepted Answer

Kangpu provides a five-year after-sales warranty. Every warranty case is traced back to its production batch so the root cause can be corrected, not only the part replaced.

Question 3

How does the sampling and approval process work?

Accepted Answer

We follow seven stages: ID design, product customization, real-mold sample making, customer sample confirmation, sample modification, sample testing and mass production. Mass production starts only after you approve the tested sample.

Question 4

Should I choose a ceramic band heater or a mica band heater?

Accepted Answer

Mica band heaters are compact, respond quickly and cost less, which suits injection nozzles and moderate temperatures. Ceramic band heaters use insulating ceramic blocks that keep heat in and tolerate higher process temperatures, which suits extruder barrels and energy-sensitive lines. Share your process temperature and barrel size and we will recommend the right construction.

Question 5

Which countries does Kangpu export to?

Accepted Answer

Kangpu heaters are exported to more than 100 countries and serve over 5,000 customers, mainly plastics machinery builders, extrusion and injection molding plants, pipe producers and process-heating integrators.
